Charlie Heaton - PresidentCharlie is the second generation owner of Precision Machine Works (PMW). During his tenure as President and CEO PMW has grown from a small job shop to a highly specialized machining facility equipped with state of the art equipment. After 35 years of experience and commitment to the industry Charlie is preparing PMW for a third generation of ownership. In his spare time Charlie enjoys motor sports, Harley Davidson's and boating. Ashley Heaton - Vice PresidentAshley is the third generation of Heaton family to manage Precision Machine
Works. A member of the 1995 graduating class of The Citadel, The Military
College of South Carolina, Ashley returned to family business to continue the
legacy started by his grandfather in 1955. This year Ashley celebrates
his 14th year of experience in operating the family business alongside his
father Charlie. Ashley enjoys Offshore fishing in his spare time.
He is licensed by the USCG as a Merchant Mariner. Roy A. Mills - Sales ManagerRoy has spent the last 10 years as the Sales Manager for Precision Machine Works. Prior to joining PMW Roy spent 30 years in outside sales in the metal services industry. Roy enjoys spending his free time on the golf course, traveling, and most of all, Roy and his wife Diane enjoy spending time with their five (5) grandchildren. Rebecca Palguta - Financial and Human Resources SpecialistRebecca has served as the
Financial and Human Resources Manager for PMW for 11 years relocating to Aiken from
the Cleveland Ohio area. She has 30 years of related
experience in a
manufacturing setting and has a PHR designation . Her expertise is also
used in negotiating and coordinating Precision's
employee benefit packages. Rebecca enjoys
volunteering her time in support of our Veterans
and enjoys all major league sports.
